…Yesterday, I attended a housing ‘sustainability’ forum in Broome, arranged by a local Environmental Group, Environs Kimberley. I was struck by the strident support for carbon as a problem by the speakers, and their apparent support of a huge increase in taxes and charges because of it. Power for example increases in WA by 13% on July 1. Humidity was a constant topic, little do they realise that high humidity is always accompanied by lower temperatures.
